Whether you’ve just moved to Lisburn, you’re exploring faith for the first time, returning after a break, or you’ve simply clicked on this page out of curiosity — I’m really glad you’re here.
Derryvolgie is a church full of ordinary people, from all walks of life, doing life together. We’re a place where questions are welcomed, families are truly welcome (noise, wiggles and all), and where people can explore faith at their own pace. No pressure, no pretending — just real people, real community, and a shared journey of discovering more about God.
On any given week you’ll find our halls full of life — children laughing, youth groups meeting, cups of tea being made, conversations happening, and friendships forming. Community really matters to us, and whether you join us on a Sunday or during the week, you’ll find a warm smile and a friendly face waiting for you.
If you’re looking for a church where faith can grow, families can belong, and everyone is welcome just as they are, we’d love to meet you.

Kids & Youth
Our kids and youth programmes are at the heart of life in Derryvolgie. From Derryvolgie Kids on Sundays to midweek youth groups, we provide safe, fun and engaging spaces where children and young people can build friendships, grow in confidence, and explore faith together. Families are always welcome - and noise is never a problem.
COMMUNITY events
St Columba's Derryvolgie is a busy community hub in Lisburn, with events and activities taking place throughout the year. From family fun days and seasonal services to special one-off events, there’s always something happening. Our events are open to everyone and are a great way to connect, meet new people and feel part of the community.

Worship takes place every Sunday at 10:30am in Derryvolgie Church, Lisburn. Parking is available on-site, and you’ll be greeted at the door by friendly faces happy to help you find your way.

Families are a big part of church life here. Our kids programme runs during the service, offering a safe, fun space for them and parents can relax knowing their kids are well cared for.
