Derryvolgie Kids (DVK)

Derryvolgie Kids (DVK) is a fun, welcoming Friday night group where children can relax, make friends, and enjoy time together in a safe and supportive environment.

Running every Friday evening from 6:30–8:00pm, DVK is all about creating space for kids to be kids — with plenty of laughter, energy, and opportunities to build friendships.

What Happens at DVK?

Each week, children can look forward to a mix of activities designed to be engaging, inclusive, and age-appropriate, including:

• Games and team activities

• Creative play and crafts

• Chill-out time with friends

• Short, accessible Bible stories and discussion

Everything is designed to be welcoming and pressure-free, helping children feel comfortable, valued, and included.

DVK is run by a dedicated team of volunteers who are passionate about working with children and creating a positive environment where everyone feels safe. We place a strong emphasis on care, respect, and inclusion, ensuring parents can feel confident about where their children are spending their Friday evenings.

DVK is open to primary-school-aged children and is ideal for families looking for a friendly, faith-based children’s group that focuses on fun, friendship, and encouragement.
